Name and Principal Office

1.01 Name. The name of this corporation is The Tribute STEM Foundation. These bylaws constitute the code of rules adopted by The Tribute STEM Foundation for the regulation and management of its affairs.

1.02 Principal Office. The principal office of this corporation is located at 3628 Adelaide, The Colony, TX 75056
